Australian MTB Summit 5 - 6 December 2016

The countdown is on to the 2016 Aus MTB Summit

Mt Buller is set to the host the third annual Australian Mountain Bike Summit in a week’s time, when all facets of the Australian mountain bike industry come together on 5–6 December.

Hosted by Matt Keenan from SBS, the extensive line-up of includes keynote speakers from Mountain Bike Australia, Glen Jacobs (Director, World Trail), Lindsey Voreis (Director Ladies AllRide), Simon French (Director, Dirt Art) and Andrew Liddawi (Break the Boundary).

The comprehensive Summit program covers a breadth of relevant topics including the latest Australian mountain bike market profile research findings, growing women's participation in mountain biking, spreading the word via social media, best practice and lessons from successful bike clubs, adaptive mountain biking and trail standards and professional certification. The Summit will conclude with what could be a fiery panel debate on the controversial topic - the future of e-bikes in the Australian mountain biking scene.

The 2016 Australian Mountain Bike Summit will be held at Mt Buller on 5-6 December, at Australia’s only IMBA-accredited Ride Center and home of the Southern Hemisphere’s only IMBA Epic Trail, the Australian Alpine Epic.

It’s not too late to register for the Summit. Registration is $499 per delegate, which includes:
• Two days of conference presentations and workshop sessions
• Three guided/facilitated rides (suitable for all level of riders)
