Cost & Registration

It is with deep regret we advise that the Australian MTB Summit has been cancelled for 2017.

A variety of factors have brought us to this decision, including low registration numbers, and a belief that the event could not achieve key goals for the industry with low attendance rates.

This was a very difficult decision to make, as we have been particularly proud of our achievement in establishing a critical forum for education and advocacy for the mountain bike industry.

However times change, and the industry has progressed significantly since the Summit was first held in 2014.

Feedback we have received indicates that the mountain bike industry is now in a position to practice rather than learn, and that many who benefitted from the Summit in previous years are now moving forward with the knowledge gained and the networks established.

We continue our passion for education and advocacy for the mountain bike industry, and so will revisit the timing and format of the Summit over the coming months with a view to better meeting industry needs.

We would to thank all those who have, or intended to, register and to all the speakers who have put in an amazing amount of time and effort to help prepare the program, especially Chris from FLOW.

The entire trail network will be open by Saturday 2 December, so we encourage you to come and ride anyway!

Refunds for all registration fees will be made from Monday 27 November 2017.

If you have any comments or would like to provide feedback on the format, content or timing of the Summit, or what you would like to see to replace it, please don’t hesitate to contact us on summit@mtbuller.com.au
